ARTICLE IV

OFFICERS & DIRECTOR  

1.        The officers of the Cross Roads Stock Horse Association shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Board of Directors which shall consist of not less than three (3) nor more than fifteen (15) members.  The President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and the Board of Directors shall be elected at each annual meeting.  At the First Annual Meeting, one third (1/3) of the directors shall be elected for one year, one third (1/3) for two (2) years and one third (1/3) for a term of three (3) years.

2.        The immediate past president shall also serve on the Board of Directors.

3.        The Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer shall each have a vote at all Board of Directors meetings; the President shall have a vote only to break a tie.

4.       Any member eligible for Cross Roads Youth Stock Horse Association membership shall not be eligible to be elected as or to serve as a Cross Roads Stock Horse Association officer or Board of Directors member.
