2004 Edition of the Constitution

ARTICLE VI

AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION  

    The constitution of this association may be amended at any regular or special meeting by a two thirds (2/3) vote of the members present, provided the proposed amendment shall have been read at one previous meeting or provided copies of the amendment shall have been sent to the members with the notice of said meeting.
