BOARD
OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors shall consist of not less than three (3) nor more
than fifteen (15) members. The
business, activities and property of this Association shall be managed and
controlled by the Board of Directors who shall meet at least once each month and
as often as may be deemed necessary. Special
meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by the President or upon
request of a majority of the Board of Directors.
Notice and purpose of a special meeting shall be mailed to each officer
and Director at least five (5) days prior to such meetings.
Only members in good standing as reflected by the books of the Secretary
of the Association shall be eligible for membership on the Board of Directors.
Directors are nominated and elected from the general membership.
No two members of the same household (husband, wife, son or daughter) may
serve on or be elected to the Board of Directors at the same time.
A Board member missing (3) consecutive meetings without notifying the
President will no longer be considered a Board member.
