2004 Edition of the Constitution AMENDMENTS
TO BY-LAWS
The By-Laws of this Association may be adopted or amended at any regular
or special meeting by a two thirds (2/3) vote of the members present provided,
the proposed amendment shall have been sent to the members with the notice of
said meeting. However, any proposed
amendment for changes pertaining to paragraphs with the heading “Point
System” “Annual Awards” “Member
Shows” or “Points and Rules of Showing Horses” must be presented to the
office of the President in written form by January 1.
This proposal will then be sent to the membership in writing with the
notice of said meeting to be voted on by March 1.
Any proposal presented and voted on after said dates will not become
effected until after the annual meeting. |
