DISSOLUTION  

      Upon dissolution of The Cross Roads Stock Horse Association, the assets shall be distributed to the Equine Center at the University of Missouri in Columbia .  If the named recipient is not then in existence or is no longer a qualified distribute, or is unwilling or unable to accept the distribution, then the assets of this organization shall be distributed to a fund, foundation, or corporation organized and operated exclusively for a non profit purpose that promotes the Western Stock Horse; the organization to be selected at the time of CRSHA dissolution.
