2004 Edition of the Constitution

ELECTIONS

            The Election of Officers and Directors shall be held at the annual meeting.  The Nominating Committee, appointed by the President and consisting of at least three (3) members, shall place in nomination the candidates for office.  Other candidates may be nominated from the floor.  Voting shall be by ballot.
