Costs:

Invitational

Entry fees per class $15.00 entry fee $5.00 office Charge = $20 per class

Open to the World

Jackpot Fees $20.00 entry fee $5.00 office Charge = $25 per class

Not an Invitational Choice

Stalls $25 one night or $40 for the weekend (call 417-343-4819 or 417o-224-2611)

Bedding $8.00 per bag at least 1 bag required per stalled horse

RV Hookup (limited) $20 per day (call Lucky J) 417-358-2370

Tie Up fee $15.00 per day per horse (required if no stall)

Entry office will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Friday for pre-entry (please do so if at all possible) To speed up process you may send pre-entries by providing Horse Name, Owner Name, Exhibitor Name and class name and number with appropriate fees to: CRSHA – Invitational Entry Office, P O Box 67 – Springfield MO 65801. Back numbers will be assigned at the show office at check-in. Please check in immediately up arrival.

PRIZES WILL BE DRAWN FOR EARLY FRIDAY NIGHT ENTRY!!! Classes will be closed three classes in advance - First three classes must be entered by 7:30 a.m. mornings of show. Show begins at 8:30 on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.

NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON

*No training devices allowed in classes – *Humane treatment of horses will be enforced

*Judges have the discretion to disqualify entrants for rule infractions, inhumane treatment or safety of participants

Negative Coggins required. Proof of age for horse or exhibitor may be requested.

 

Cross Roads Stock Horse Associations, it’s Board of Directors and the Multi-State Invitational Championship Committee will not be held responsible for injury or theft of personal property of participants in the show event.
