Multi-State Invitational Stock Horse Championship Information Sheet
September 27 and 28, 2008
Royal Oaks Arena – Carthage MOEntry Fees - Invitational Classes - $15.00 entry fee $5.00 office charge
Showcase weanling classes - $45.00 entry fee $5.00 office charge
Jackpot classes - $20.00 entry fee $5.00 office charge
Stalls - Reserve by calling 417-224-2611 or 417-343-4819 or e-mailing
shadyrqtrs@netscape.net Give name to reserve by, contact telephone number, association you are with, number of stalls and if you will be participating in the stall decoration contest. AND if you will need for Friday only, Saturday only, or both nights. $25.00 for one night; $40 for the weekend
Bedding - One bag per stall is required by the facility. $6.50 per bag
Tie-ups - If you are not using a stall, there is a $12.50 per night tie-up fee per horse.
RV hook-ups Call Royal Oaks Arena to reserve $20 per day per hook-up
Food: Breakfast and lunch bar on the grounds, Restaurant & Lounge on the grounds for evening meal.

FRIDAY NIGHT – FUN CLASSES - no entry fees
Stall Decorations will be judged and announced on Saturday during afternoon break
Second Chance tickets will be awarded to all that do not place for drawing for more prizes!
BRING YOUR INVITATIONS (or a copy) – WILL HELP SPEED UP CHECK IN!!!!
ENTRY OFFICE WILL OPEN AT NOON ON FRIDAY!
Classes will be closed three classes in advance – first six classes please sign in by 7:30 a.m. Saturday
NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTIONS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON
No training devices allowed in classes …… Humane treatment of horses will be enforced….. Judges have the discretion to disqualify entrants for rule infractions, inhumane treatment, unsportsmanlike conduct….. or safety of participants.
The Multi-State Invitational Championship Committee, Cross Roads Stock Horse Association and its Board of Directors will not be held responsible for injury or theft of personal property.
