2004 Edition of the Constitution

MEETINGS

 

  1. The annual meeting of the members of this Association shall be held each year at such place as shall be selected by the Board of Directors.
  2. Special meetings of members may be called by the President, by the Board of Directors or by not less than twenty-five (25) percent of the members of the Association who are not delinquent in their membership dues.
Five (5) days previous notice of a meeting shall be mailed to members
