MEMBER
SHOWS
- CRSHA set show bill must be followed.
However, individual organizations may insert other optional classes
of their choosing before, in between or after regular classes.
An award by CRSHA will be presented to the
high
point
horse of the show.
- In order to be approved the CRSHA the
following rules must be complied with;
- “Approved by the Cross Roads Stock Horse
Association” must appear on the show bill, plus the Novice Rule, Long
Sleeve Rule and Coggins Required.
- The show and show date must be approved by
the CRSHA President. Only one
approved show will be allowed on a given date.
- The age limit in youth classes in 13 years
and under, and 14 years through 18 years, and this must appear on the show
bill.
- A judge may not judge more than one CRSHA
approved show per year.
- Qualified judges who are members in good
standing, may judge a CRSHA approved show provided they have not
participated in or actively show any horse at a CRHSA show within thirty
(30) days prior being exhibited by, any member of his immediate family
(son, daughter, father, mother, sister, brother or spouse).
- CRSHA has chosen the AQHA ( The American
Quarter Horse Association ) rule book as a pattern unless amended by CRSHA.
- This Association does not use judged roping
but instead uses timed roping.
- In all CRSHA classes of timed running events,
reining and cutting, riders may ride more than once in a class, but a horse
may not be ridden more than once in a class.
In a roping class, a rider may ride more than one horse in a class,
or the same horse may be ridden more than once in a class.
