2004 Edition of the Constitution
MEMBERS
AND VOTING PRIVILEGE
- Any person or family who pays appropriate dues
and agrees to abide by the constitution and By-Laws of the Cross Roads Stock
Horse Association may be a member.
- Effective
January, individual and family dues are $20 (twenty
dollars) per year. Individual
youth membership dues are $10 (ten dollars) per year.
All memberships for each year are January 1 thru December31 of that
year. Memberships are to be
renewed on January 1 of each year.
- Family memberships.
A family shall consist of husband, wife and dependent children 18
years and under as of January 1 of the current year.
- A person must be 14 (fourteen) years of age to
vote.
- An individual membership is entitled to one
vote.
- Each member of eligible voting age in a family
membership is entitled to one vote.
- Any person is eligible to purchase more than
one membership, but shall be entitled to one vote at any regular or special
membership meeting.
- A member ceases to be a member when his or her
dues are delinquent at the beginning of the annual meeting.
