2004 Edition of the Constitution
QUORUM
- The members of the association present at a
membership meeting shall constitute a quorum.
- At least one half (1/2) of the members of the
Board of Directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any
business and the act of the majority of the Directors present at a meeting
at which a quorum is present shall be the act of the Board of Directors,
unless the act of a greater number is required by law or by the By-laws.
The Board of Directors shall be mailed notice of a meeting at least
five (5) days previous to such meeting.
- The majority of the Executive Committee shall
constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
